Material is trimmed or with yellow or redundant old stock and sold with respective discount against perfect listed manufacturers specification but suitable for use under building regulations.

Grade 3

Material is trimmed and sold with respective discount against perfect listed manufacturers specification with cosmetic faults but suitable for use under building regulations.

Free issue substandard material or off cuts for the customer to accept by way of his own advice as to suitability for his or her use

These conditions are deemed accepted on delivery or collection by the customer and not retrospectively variable.
